In some cases, the original creditor may legally sell/assign your debt to Credit Resource Solutions Limited, in such cases you will receive a Notice of Assignment explaining the transfer of the creditor rights and responsibilities moving forward. Credit Resource Solutions will act as a Data Controller in such cases.

• Assessing affordability to ensure payment arrangements are affordable and sustainable

Where relevant, we will use your data to make regular and accurate updates to the credit bureau to reflect the status of your account
